In this role, you will ensure production setting stability through effective incident management and technical support for network systems. You'll provision virtual machines, oversee ongoing maintenance, and manage hardware configurations to support seamless automation. Experience in RPA automation and troubleshooting is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct incident investigations and provide resolutions
• Configure infrastructure for automated processes
• Maintain and optimize bot efficiency
• Review access controls and create AD groups
• Support local applications and hardware diagnostics

Requirements:
• 3–5 years relevant experience required
• Expertise in RPA automation and SRE development
• Familiarity with Ansible and ELK stack tools
• Full-stack experience with React and ASP.NET
• Strong problem-solving abilities for IT challenges
