Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives to work directly with homeowners on exterior improvement and restoration projects. This is a performance‑based role with strong earning potential and a transparent path for growth.

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want a long‑term career—not short‑term gigs.

Department: Sales

Location: 500 Minneapolis MN

Compensation: $60,000 - $160,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments

Conduct basic property assessments (training provided)

Explain project scope and next steps to customers

Work with internal teams to manage jobs from start to finish

Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong communication skills

Reliable and self‑motivated

Comfortable working independently

Sales experience preferred but not required

Time management and organization

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
