Empower clients as a Support Worker, providing essential care for independence. Assist individuals with physical disabilities and seniors in maintaining dignity through daily living support.
This part time, permanent position involves delivering personalized assistance tailored to each client's needs. Reporting to the Supervisor of Client Services, your primary tasks will encompass non-medical activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in individualized care plans. Make a positive impact by enabling residents to thrive in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid clients in their daily living tasks
• Adhere to individual service plans with precision
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold client privacy
• Demonstrate strong client service focus and ethics
• Comfortable using technology for service engagement
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certification or equivalent experience
• First Aid and CPR Certification mandatorily required
• Reliable personal transportation for client travel
• Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of health and safety protocols
