Excel as a Detail-Oriented Full Cycle Accountant, managing accounting tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Employ QuickBooks and Canadian tax knowledge in a dynamic finance team environment.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire accounting cycle, from Accounts Payable to Payroll processing. Your efforts will ensure accurate financial record maintenance, along with preparing monthly financial statements and year-end analysis. You will also support budgeting and external audits while implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete accounting cycle tasks
• Accurately maintain records and entries
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct account reconciliations regularly
• File taxes, including HST/GST/PST

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of applicable accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks is mandatory
• Solid grasp of Canadian GAAP/IFRS
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
