Engage in the operation and maintenance of biomass boilers and dry kilns in a 24/7 mill setting. Your role includes performing critical inspections and system checks during rotating shifts.

This position requires a Class 3 Power Engineer to ensure machinery operates effectively while executing general maintenance. Regular inspections, prompt repairs, and meticulous record-keeping are core responsibilities. You will also coordinate with your team to apply safety standards and resolve any operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily inspections of operational equipment
• Handle minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Monitor and document system metrics for performance




• Diagnose alarms and apply troubleshooting measures
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to equipment standards

Requirements:
• Must hold a Class 3 Power Engineer license
• Background in production or manufacturing necessary
• Knowledge of safety protocols specific to boiler operations
• Cooperative approach to teamwork required
• Familiarity with industrial best practices
