Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced Construction Workers to join our client's team. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects with a diverse and dynamic team in different cities of the lower mainland.
Key Responsibilities: Perform various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery (For those who are certified)
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions
Install and repair structures and fixtures, including roofs, floors, and walls
Operate power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met
Adhere to project specifications and quality standards
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools
Continuously learn and improve skills to enhance job performance
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent




Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction work
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA certification is a plus
