In the role of Safety and Surveillance Coordinator, you will be tasked with coordinating various surveillance activities beyond just monitoring. You’ll lead a team, set operational directives, and ensure that documentation is completed accurately. Building relationships with community and interagency partners will be crucial to promoting safety initiatives and collective outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of surveillance operations
• Assist in onboarding and training current security personnel
• Maintain inventory and track operational metrics




• Promote community awareness regarding security initiatives
• Report on incident trends and assist in investigations

Requirements:
• High School diploma mandatory
• 1–3 years of security experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems needed
• Cultural awareness and knowledge of Indigenous practices a plus
