Key Responsibilities:
• Direct nursing operations and patient assignments
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges efficiently
• Champion staff training and clinical best practices
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care rounds and meetings
• Participate in quality improvement and safety audits
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM license
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience required
• Preferably have postgraduate qualifications
• Solid mentoring and communication skills
