We’re looking for an experienced Pool Installation Foreman to take charge of day‑to‑day operations on residential pool construction sites. If you’re a strong leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, this is your opportunity to lead a skilled team and bring backyard visions to life.

What You’ll Do
As the Foreman, you are the on‑site leader — coordinating crews, managing workflow, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will:

Supervise and lead installation crews of 2+ workers

Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination

Conduct daily inspections for safety, quality, and progress

Troubleshoot issues and make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track

Ensure all work meets engineered plans, manufacturer specs, and local codes

Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers

Complete daily reports, photos, and documentation

What You Bring

2+ years of pool installation or construction experience

1+ year in a leadership or foreman‑level role

Strong understanding of pool construction methods (vinyl, fibreglass, concrete, above ground, inground)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans

Skilled with excavation equipment, laser levels, and construction tools

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities

Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license (Class 3A is a strong asset)

Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
