This role is pivotal in enhancing student mental health from preschool to high school. You'll supervise behavior support practitioners and act as a liaison with various service agencies. Your leadership will ensure the integration of wellbeing practices into the school environment, aiding holistic student success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct behavior support personnel and initiatives
• Supervise and enhance SEL program execution
• Monitor compliance with mental health regulations
• Support trauma-informed training for educators




• Engage with families concerning student mental health issues

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, or similar
• 5+ years working with students with behavioral challenges
• 2+ years supervising related staff
• Comprehensive knowledge of crisis intervention
• Solid interpersonal and facilitative skills
