About the Role
All Insurance Ltd is looking for an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our busy personal lines team. The position is 100% in office.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service over the phone, by email,



and in person.

Maintain client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic).

Review renewals.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required.

A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.

Required Skills

Previous work experience with an insurance broker in a personal insurance service role.

Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services.

The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire.

Time and workload management.

Ability to work effectively on a team and individually.

Previous use of insurance company portals.

Ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi is an asset.
