As part of the mining operations, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of large industrial equipment in a remote setting. The role emphasizes safety and is integrated into one of Canada’s most significant gold mining initiatives, encompassing both a two-year construction phase and potential 10-20 years of operational work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain industrial mining equipment
• Carry out mechanical installations including processing machinery
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems
• Interpret blueprints and schematics effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification as a Millwright required
• 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience
• Preference for Alberta-based candidates
• Valid driving license with a clean record
• Capacity to work in challenging camp conditions
