In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and oversee the technical aspects of various infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, managing construction materials, and addressing contractor concerns efficiently. Your recommendations will play a critical role in shaping project success and streamlining operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify requirements for equipment and supplies
• Verify and certify quantities for contractual payments
• Provide suggestions on project design and implementation




• Administer minor construction contracts with authority
• Resolve complaints effectively from affected parties

Requirements:
• Diploma in civil engineering or relevant experience
• Class 5 NWT Driver's License required
• 2+ years in relevant construction and maintenance
• Experience in contract administration for at least 1 year
• Supervision on design projects for a minimum of 1 year
