This role plays a vital part in minimizing machinery downtime through troubleshooting and repairing equipment. You'll create and maintain maintenance documentation while actively participating in improving operations. Your role includes ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met through your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Minimize downtime with effective maintenance strategies
• Repair mechanical devices such as pumps and motors
• Complete quality assurances on all maintenance work




• Generate detailed maintenance reporting and recommendations

Requirements:
• Ontario Industrial Mechanic License - 433A must be held
• Red Seal Journeyman certification required
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with pneumatic and welding processes
• Strong mechanical repair skills focusing on safety
