Element5 is actively searching for a Finance Manager to support the VP of Finance in overall financial strategy. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while collaborating with various departments to facilitate informed decision-making in a agile manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the review and analysis of financial results monthly and annually
• Manage financial compliance and year-end audit activities
• Analyze project profitability and develop costing strategies




• Support capital expenditure planning and financial modeling

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in finance or accounting roles
