Be a key player as a Maintenance Supervisor, handling all maintenance tasks within our mining operations. Work a distinctive 4-on, 4-off, 4-nights on schedule while ensuring the highest maintenance standards.
You will report to the Superintendent, overseeing contractors and staff while managing schedules and budgets effectively. Your role involves diagnosing equipment failures and executing preventative measures to maintain equipment reliability. This position also aims to improve workforce performance through continual training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to find root causes
• Manage and allocate maintenance schedules efficiently
• Ensure maintenance and repairs improve operational uptime




• Supervise teams and contractors for enhanced performance
• Monitor compliance for preventative maintenance
Requirements:
• Trade certification or relevant technical degree
• At least five years of experience in mining maintenance
• Demonstrated team leadership skills required
• Robust digital proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
