This agile, hybrid role places you at the forefront of BDO's Assurance Innovation Lab. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the creation of intelligent, AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in deploying machine learning models and Generative AI in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize AI and machine learning models
• Develop solutions using NLP and predictive analytics
• Support prototyping of emerging AI technologies




• Evaluate model performance and responsible AI considerations
• Contribute to scalable AI-enabled workflows
Requirements:
• Expert in Python; proficiency in R, Java is a plus
• Experience with OpenAI API and Hugging Face
• Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Practical knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures
