Become an integral part of the TWD family as an Intermediate/Senior Cost Controller in Burlington, Ontario. Your expertise in cost management will guide critical financial decisions and ensure project cost efficiency.
In this role, you will monitor, forecast, and report on project costs for various EPCM projects. Your collaboration with project managers, engineers, and finance teams is essential to align costs with budgets and contractual obligations. You’ll own the process of cost transparency and manage deviations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project cost control systems
• Monitor actual costs and report on variances
• Manage changes to project scope and costs
• Prepare monthly cost forecasts and variance analyses
• Produce timely cost control reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 4–9 years experience in cost control for construction/EPCM
• Proficiency in cost management software and Excel
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
