About the Role

Role: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – CRM to provide technical leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives within a large-scale modernization program. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining end-to-end technical architecture across application, data, and integration domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Leading the design and oversight of complex integrations between Dynamics 365, legacy applications, and Azure-based platforms.
- Ensuring solution scalability, security, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Providing technical mentorship to development teams and reviewing solution designs.
- Establishing CI/CD strategies, version control standards, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Supporting architecture governance activities and preparation of technical documentation and assessments.

Must-Have Skills

- Extensive experience leading enterprise architecture and solution design initiatives in complex environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O;).
- Strong experience architecting and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise ecosystems.




- Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and related cloud technologies.
- Experience designing large-scale integration solutions and data platforms.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power FX.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management strategies.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 development technologies such as C# and X++.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Experience creating enterprise architecture artifacts and technical governance documentation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and performance optimization.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among stakeholders.
- Solid risk assessment and mitigation capabilities in enterprise environments.
- Architecture design artifacts and technical solution models.
- Integration strategy and implementation oversight using Azure technologies.
- Governance and review documentation.
- Deployment automation and CI/CD framework establishment.
- Knowledge transfer documentation and support transition activities.
