Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Appian.
- Build scalable record-centric applications following Appian best practices.
- Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Lead design discussions and perform code reviews.
- Support releases and deployments across multiple environments.

What We Are Looking For

- 6-8 years of total professional experience.
- Experience building SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clean technical designs.
- Experience supporting releases and deployments across multiple environments.

Nice to Have

- Ability to lead small development teams and own assigned delivery modules.
- Experience mentoring junior developers on Appian best practices and design standards.
- Experience coordinating with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
