Owner is looking for an amazing qualified to join our team of IT Support Engineers who keep our internal systems running smoothly as we scale. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our teams to move fast and deliver excellence.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

The impact you will have

- Support and unblock internal customers.
- Build scalable and efficient systems.
- Ensure processes are mature, well documented and easy to use.
- Help Owner effectively manage it’s fleet of devices.

? Who you’ll work with

- You will collaborate and support every team across Owner.
- Work alongside Security and Platform teams to best support internal customers.

✅ What we’re looking for

- 2+ Years providing internal customer support.
- Experience with Okta, AWS, Slack, Notion, Google, and other flagship SaaS products.
- Experience implementing and managing MDM solutions.

Pay and benefits





- The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD per year, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
