Key Responsibilities:
• Advise managers on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
• Implement proactive talent attraction and sourcing strategies

• Represent CBC at recruitment events and job fairs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruitment processes and client consultation
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
