In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the verification processes, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key tasks include maintaining and creating SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments, driving coverage-driven methodologies, and performing rigorous reviews with cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that our PXYs and Controllers achieve top performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical aspects of verification for Eliyan products
• Develop detailed verification plans and test cases




• Collaborate with engineers to maintain design quality
• Automate verification flows and regression processes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and verification standards
Requirements:
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies
• Solid knowledge of IP compliance protocols
• Experience in verifying mixed-signal IPs
• Leadership experience in a startup environment
