• Handle public company governance and securities compliance

Requirements:
• 3 to 7 years experience in corporate law
• Excellent writing and organizational skills needed
• Knowledge of building materials and manufacturing is a plus
• J.D. or equivalent required, licensed in Canada
• Strong judgment and collaborative skills essential
