Manage the execution of enterprise business systems initiatives as an Agile Program Manager. Ensure effective team alignment, dependency management, and delivery tracking within a SAFe framework.

In this impactful role, you'll focus on the successful implementation of critical business systems, including configurator platforms and product selection tools. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will support the optimization of workflows, enhance collaboration across teams, and drive strategic program outcomes. By facilitating program-level ceremonies, you will ensure continuous improvement and transparency throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as delivery integrator across various teams
• Manage dependency health and timely issue resolution
• Support planning and tracking of business objectives




• Facilitate team ceremonies and communication events
• Drive continuous improvement and inspection activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or engineering
• 3–5+ years in program management or delivery
• Experience in enterprise business systems execution
• Secure RTE certification or similar experience preferred
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities
