Integration security experience (not building integrations)
Implementing role-based security frameworks
Experience with data security
Implementing privileged access
Collaboration between IT and HR teams
Implementing Workday HCM security protocols and policies
Security related to reports – working with RaaS reports
Handling security tickets daily with broad experience in issues faced by global organizations
Strong technical documentation skills
Workday HCM security expertise
Solid understanding of core HR concepts such as hiring, compensation, perks, time off, and performance management, including data governance, security, proxy, and authentication policies
