This is an excellent opportunity to join a large financial institution with strong training, high exposure, and potential conversion to full time based on performance and business needs.Work ModelHybrid schedule with onsite presence once per week for the first five weeks of trainingAbout the RoleAs an Intermediate Underwriter, you will support day-to-day underwriting operations by reviewing and adjudicatingresidential mortgage and real estate secured lending applications. You will assess risk, make lending decisions within your approval authority, and collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.This role requires strong underwriting judgment, comfort managing volume, and the ability to clearly articulate credit decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate, approve, decline, or recommend residential mortgage and real estate secured and unsecured applications within established lending guidelines and approval limitsReview and assess income, down payments, property details, third-party reports,
