driving empathy for our consumers while leveraging data to identify category growth opportunities and winning over consumersSynthesis of primary and syndicated consumer tracking research to identify relevant insights to grow our categorySetting and implementing both short term and long-term consumer strategies which will deliver actionable insights that drive better business decisions and ultimately incremental volume and profitOversee a team leading category growth and consumer strategy, and planning with cross-function teamsReview, design and oversee execution of agreed upon research studies, develop and implement consumer segment learning plansWork closely with other analytics and data centric teams and lead the development of short- and long-term predictive growth models, and measurement of pilotsJOB QUALIFICATIONS:A University Degree in Business, statistics, consumer research, media or related field.
