Key Responsibilities:



• Lead annual compensation planning processes across departments • Manage executive compensation and incentive procedures • Oversee compensation surveys and market reviews • Act as Chair of the Job Evaluation Committee • Develop and maintain employee recognition strategies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required • 7+ years’ total rewards experience with 2 in management • Proficient in HRIS systems and compensation analysis • Knowledge of compliance regarding pay equity • Excellent project management and communication skills
