Elevate Sagard's treasury capabilities as their new Treasury Function Leader. This role is a unique prospect to build a global treasury function for a leading alternative asset management firm.
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Treasury will create a comprehensive treasury model and infrastructure essential for Sagard’s investment platform. You will collaborate extensively with investment teams, executives, and external partners, ensuring effective execution across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a global treasury operating model and governance
• Build infrastructure for a multi-entity and multi-currency framework
• Oversee capital allocation, liquidity, and cash optimization




• Structure financing solutions and manage banking negotiations
• Develop effective FX and hedging strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Economics; CFA or MBA preferred
• 15–20+ years in treasury or financing operations
• Background in private equity or alternative asset management
• Strong skills in capital structure optimization
• Proven experience with senior stakeholder engagement
