The primary focus for the Senior Client Partner is to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals. The Senior Client Partner will become an expert in Canadian retail media landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with cross-functional teams. They will manage a portfolio of top-tier and mid-tier advertiser accounts and use their expertise to build relationships by advising clients and creative strategic retail media plans. They will help define best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward.

Qualifications





- University degree required; equivalent related experience may be considered.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital media, retail media, media sales, account leadership, marketing strategy, or omni-channel media planning.
- Extensive experience in digital media and omni-channel media planning and strategy.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Experience translating business objectives into media solutions and revenue opportunities.
- Solid analytical, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in evolving business environments.
