You will have the financial backing and stability of a global powerhouse, combined with the autonomy to put your personal stamp on the business and build a team from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of an established, profitable book of manufacturing business and carve it out into a dedicated, high-growth vertical.Lead the national manufacturing underwriting and distribution strategy.Build, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of underwriting specialists.Leverage your active broker network to expand trading partnerships and drive recent business in the manufacturing sector.Coordinate with product experts across other lines (Property, GL, E&O)



to cross-sell and offer a comprehensive market proposition.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of P&C underwriting experience specifically within the manufacturing sector on the carrier side.Leadership: Demonstrated people management, mentoring, and/or portfolio management.Network: A strong, active pipeline and established relationships with key brokers nationally, with a heavy emphasis on the Ontario market.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and straightforward.
