Job Title: AI Lead

Mode of Work – Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Mode of Interview – Face to Face

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML applications using Python, leveraging frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
- Build and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django, and Flask to support AI‑powered products and platforms.
- Develop and optimize data processing pipelines, ETL workflows, and database solutions using PostgreSQL and other data technologies.
- Implement advanced AI solutions in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi‑agent systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect, develop,



and deploy production‑grade machine learning and generative AI solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
