The City of Nanaimo is seeking a Director of Facilities to provide strategic leadership for civic facilities, planning and project management, asset and energy management, and custodial services.

The successful candidate will oversee a unionized and exempt workforce, develop policies aligned with City objectives and provincial regulations, and advise Council and senior staff as a member of the City’s Senior Management Team.
