Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and service delivery for the Mobile Wellness Team

• Monitor program outcomes to meet quality standards
Requirements:
• Registration with a recognized regulatory college required
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or health-related area
• Minimum 3 years in mental health and/or addictions services
• Valid Class G driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
