As a skilled Electroneurophysiology Technologist, you will perform EEG studies and monitor patients in outpatient, ICU, and emergency environments. This role emphasizes teamwork within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, ensuring every patient's neurodiagnostic needs are met effectively. You will maintain patient records and equipment and report urgent findings to physicians as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct EEG, long-term video monitoring, and Evoked Potentials
• Observe physical changes during tests and interpret findings
• Update and maintain patient records meticulously
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of neurophysiology equipment
• Communicate urgent results to physicians promptly
Requirements:
• Eligible for registration with ACMDTT
• Diploma or Degree in Electrophysiology or 2 years lab experience
• CPR certification required
• Solid interpersonal skills with diverse patients
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical scenarios
