In this strategic role, you will report to the Vice President of Planning & Methods. With over 15 years of aerospace industry experience, you will lead and align organizational transformation initiatives, manage a diverse project portfolio, and ensure planning schedules meet production objectives. Your oversight will support critical business priorities while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate the transformation roadmap for Planning & Methods
• Align planning schedules to enhance decision-making processes




• Manage multi-site project portfolios including budget and workforce planning
• Foster collaboration across Operations, Sales, and Finance teams
• Ensure governance of the Planning & Methods function

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; MBA is an asset
• 15+ years in aerospace or complex manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience in transformation initiatives
• Solid leadership and strategic execution skills
