Grainger Canada is seeking an Operations Manager, ICs, to lead a high‑performing team at the mining client site in Hope Bay, Nunavut. This fly‑in/fly‑out role is based out of Edmonton and requires 14 days on/14 days off with camp accommodations provided.
Reporting to the Market Manager, you will drive safety, productivity and service excellence, manage quotes and contracts, coach frontline staff, and ensure compliance with EHS policies and KeepStock implementations.
