Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a L2/L3 Production Support for a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid).

Position: L2/L3 Production Support
Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid Role -2-3 Days in Office/week)
Duration: Open Ended Long term Contract
Must Haves:
Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.
Provide L2/L3 application support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high system availability.
Collaborate closely with offshore development, support, and business teams to deliver enhancements, resolve incidents, and support application releases.
Utilize strong technical expertise in Java Full Stack technologies, REST APIs, SQL/Oracle databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development practices.




Leverage prior Financial Services domain experience (Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Insurance) to develop and support business-critical applications while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
