We are seeking a Service Technician who will install, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on our products. The role reports to the Manager of Service Technicians and is part of the Aseptic Filling Division in Burnaby, BC, Canada. It is an on‑site position requiring up to 50% travel.

What you will do

- Perform onsite services including installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging of systems at customer sites.
- Represent Cytiva as an ambassador and demonstrate a high attention to detail in all work.
- Use the service tracking system to document activities, create and update service documentation, and complete standard testing procedures during commissioning.

Who you are

- Self‑starter with a post‑secondary engineering degree, diploma, certification or equivalent; specializing in electrical, mechanical or mechatronics, with problem‑solving skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on accuracy and detail, applied to customer communications and documentation.
- Experience working directly with customers with discretion.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environmental Requirements

- Up to 50% travel by air and/or road,



including possible overnight international stays.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs.; regularly stand, walk, sit, squat and kneel; use hands and arms to reach.

Preferred Experience

- Understanding of robotics, control systems and machine operation, hands‑on experience.
- Experience with schematics and design documents.
- Experience in regulated industries or environments, ideally GAMP.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 CAD. The position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
