Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will manage the 13-week cash flow forecast and prepare monthly bank covenant compliance reports. This position requires a strong understanding of variances, operational results, and manufacturing processes to support effective decision-making and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast analysis
• Prepare monthly bank covenant compliance reporting
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies




• Support month-end close process in collaboration with the Accounting Manager
• Review and analyze manufacturing operational results
Requirements:
• CPA designation or in progress
• Approximately 5 years of finance experience
• Robust background in manufacturing costing and variances
• Proficiency in variance analysis and P&L; literacy
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and bank reporting
