Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with tailored learning strategies
• Collaborate with teachers to differentiate instruction
• Engage in innovative programming and assessment
• Participate in team meetings for student success
• Assist in developing and evaluating IEPs
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education with Ontario Certification
• 3-5+ years experience in learning support
• Ability to assess diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of neurodiversity in educational materials
• Classroom teaching experience preferred
