Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Bannister Chrysler Chilliwack is looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our growing team. If you have dealership experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do: Greet customers and create a positive service experience from start to finish.
Schedule appointments and accurately document customer concerns using our PBS DMS
Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
Review completed work, process invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery.




Build and maintain lasting customer relationships while contributing to dealership growth.
What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department.
Experience with dealership management software is an asset.
A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and team-first mentality.
Valid driver's license.
