Reporting to the CFO, this hybrid role demands solid accounting skills and leadership for one of their significant operating entities. Candidates should bring a deep understanding of financial consolidation and intercompany accounting within a private environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation
• Manage intercompany accounting and reporting integrity
• Lead the external audit process and liaise with auditors




• Drive improvements in processes and systems, including SAGE 300
• Collaborate with leadership on financial analysis projects

Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• 8–12+ years in progressive accounting roles
• Proficient in multi-entity and corporate accounting
• Experience with SAGE 300 or similar ERP systems
