Global Talent Partners is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead a well-established companion animal hospital in Toronto, Ontario.

About the Practice
This well-established companion animal hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats, combining modern diagnostics with compassionate, relationship-focused medicine.

You'll lead a collaborative team of veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Technologists, veterinary assistants, and client care professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding patient care. The practice values teamwork, mentorship, and continuous improvement while providing the autonomy to implement clinical initiatives and support the ongoing development of the veterinary team.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree

Eligible for veterinary licensure in Ontario

Previous leadership or Medical Director experience, or a strong desire to progress into clinical leadership

Passion for delivering high-quality companion animal medicine

Strong communication, mentorship, and team leadership skills

Commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional client service
