Role Overview This role reports into the Director, Network, and Datacenter Services. The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of network infrastructure and data center initiatives by coordinating project schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications, vendor activities, procurement, and operational tasks.
What You Will Do You will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status updates for network infrastructure and datacenter initiatives, coordinating project activities, resources, meetings minutes, action items, and follow-ups across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within network infrastructure, datacenter,
telecommunications, or a related technology workplace
Demonstrated experience coordinating project activities, documentation, schedules, stakeholder communications, and action tracking, preferably within network infrastructure, data center, telecommunications, or enterprise technology environments
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, procurement partners, and business stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, particularly in documentation, action tracking, reporting, and issue coordination
