The IBM Public Sector Fulfillment Team is seeking an Oracle Finance Process Expert for a remote contract prospect. This role will require some travel to Ottawa.
Work with a team to document L2 and L3 finance processes related to HR and Payroll
Facilitate and attend workshops with client side subject matter experts to identify nuances to L2 and L3 processes as a result of a dual HR/pay system operating model
Support synthesis of workshop outputs into final deliverables
Review deliverables for subject matter accuracy
Mandatory Requirements
Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance – Reliability Status or higher
Experience in developing and guiding process design of payment, finance and HR solution
