Major Responsibilities
Responsible for profit and loss as well as cost effective operations of the restaurant
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for profitability
Train and drive employees performance in exceed of customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements including but not limited to food safety, workplace safety and employment standards
Manage positive customer relationships and delivery of pleasant dining experience
Job Requirements
Degree in business management or food services related disciplines
Mandatory knowledge and experience in Japanese cuisine
Minimum 5 years of experience in management role
Solid leadership, organizing, problem solving and communication skills
Able to communicate in English
Terms of Employment
Full time, permanent
40 working hours / week
$79,200 - $87,600 annually depends on experience
2 weeks annual paid vacation
Pay: $79,200.00-$87,600.00 per year
