JOB TYPE: Permanent part-time

SCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essential

JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent provides administrative support to the nursing unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years in length or the equivalent;
- Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
- One (1) year of previous experience is required;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;




- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to skilled ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
