JOB TYPE: Temporary full time
SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent provides extensive administrative support for a clinic, department or program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduation plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years or equivalent;
- Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
- Two years' previous experience required;
- Ability to write or revise a wide range of documents in French and English;
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of other software programs currently used within the Network;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
